| Mr. Snyder is funding and leading his latest venture,
BioCatalyst International. BioCatalyst is collaborating with leading life
science researchers around the world to launch new start-ups. Xcovery is
the most recent BioCatalyst venture. BioCatalyst's first operating company,
MolecularMD ( www.molecularmd.com ), a company founded with Dr. Brian
Druker, developer of Gleevec, is active in developing and supplying novel
molecular
diagnostic assays to support personalized medicine. |

| Dr. Chris Liang, EVP and CSO |

| Dr. Liang has 10 years of medicinal chemistry experience
designing and optimizing kinase therapeutics, including work on an FDA
approved oncology therapeutic and additional compounds licensed by pharma.
As Director of Chemistry at Sugen, Dr. Liang was integral to the development
of Sutent® (SU-11248) and also championed the discovery and development of a successor compound, SU14813, which is currently in Phase II trials. While at Sugen he developed many techniques to enhance the properties of lead compounds through chemical modifications. |

| Dr. Liang left Sugen in 2003 to join the Scripps Research Institute in Jupiter, Florida as the Director of Medicinal Chemistry. |

| Teri Ardleigh Swift, VP, Business Development |

| Ms. Swift has been with Biocatalyst International since
inception in 2004. Ms. Swift was at Upstate for two years as Senior Project
Manager specializing in business development and marketing. Prior to Biotech,
Ms. Swift was a founder of Ardleigh Associates a Graphic Design/ Sales
Marketing company with clients throughout the US. Ms. Swift was an alternate
member of
the United States Olympic Equestrian Team and holds a BFA in graphic design
and communications from Parsons School of Design in New York City. |
