| Mr. Snyder is funding and leading his latest business enterprise,
BioCatalyst International. BioCatalyst was created to collaborate with leading life
science researchers around the world with the aim of launching new start-up biotechnology companies. Xcovery is
the most recent BioCatalyst venture. BioCatalyst's first operating company,
MolecularMD ( www.molecularmd.com ), was founded with Dr. Brian
Druker, the leading expert on Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia, and is active in developing and supplying novel
molecular
diagnostic assays to support personalized medicine. |

| Dr. Liang has ten years of medicinal chemistry experience, specializing in the
design and optimization of kinase therapeutics. He has done a great deal of work on an FDA approved oncology therapeutic as well as other pharma licensed compounds.
As Director of Chemistry at Sugen, Dr. Liang was integral to the development
of Sutent® (SU-11248) and also championed the discovery and development of a successor compound, SU14813, which is currently in Phase II trials. While at Sugen, he developed techniques to enhance lead compound properties through chemical modification. |

| Ms. Swift has been with BioCatalyst International since its
inception in 2004. Ms. Swift spent two years at Upstate Biotechnology as the Senior Project
Manager, specializing in business development and marketing. Prior to entering the biotechnology field,
Ms. Swift was the founder of Ardleigh Associates, a graphic design/ sales and
marketing company with clients throughout the United States. Ms. Swift was an alternate
member of
the United States Olympic Equestrian Team and holds a BFA in graphic design
and communications from the Parsons School of Design in New York City. |
